Obama argues against appearing at eligibility hearing (says GA has NO role in eligibility)

Actually Obama & co are delighted w all the attention lavished on the abstract. They believe it works to their advantage. Their only concern is to avoid the question: ‘is this a copy of the original, vault-copy LF BC, or an abstract?’. That is the only issue they don’t want raised. [Not that their lap-puppies in the MSM would dream of asking it; it would take an IQ higher than room temp to even formulate the thought, much less put it out there in the public discourse. Since asking it would hurt Obama, even if the MSMers happened to stumble onto the question, they would never ask.]

Anomalies assist in diverting attention from the real issue. It’s not unreasonable to imagine they included a few.

I think what Obama released was a special ‘abstract’ prepared for him to reflect exactly what he wanted it to reflect. As such, it’s not a forgery per se, though it’s not even close to the original ‘birth record’.

Rest assured that Team Obama will try to turn this into a Birth Certificate case IF and when they finally bring suit against the State of GA. Do all bear in mind however, that right now we are now discussing an administrative hearing, not a trial. If Team Obama goes into a default mode and the admin judge finds for the plaintiffs, it might still be possible that a complaisant Democrat judge, of which there is no lack in GA, may order a stay or injunction ... even to the extent of delaying the printing of all ballots and the election itself.

This is a massive shot across the Team Obama's bow,for sure. But they are not out of legal ammunition to fire back.

Steve, the Birth Certificate thing has always left me in a bit of a quandary. That's because every bit of documentation, whether true, false, faked, photoshopped, or whatever that this man has provided, clearly states that he man's father was a foreigner. He says so in a book. Etc. etc.

I therefore took cudgels to Dr. Taitz, and even bigger ones to Joseph Farah and the crew of WND, all of whom I feared stepped into a legal maze for which they had no exit map.

The real question is "What is a "Natural Born Citizen?" I thought I knew that it is 'a citizen who is the child of two other citizens.' So, cleaving to a traditional view, the very highest qualification Obama might have is that he may be a "Native Born Citizen." Native does not equal Natural.

In weird way, the entire Birth Certificate kefuffle lends some bit of credence to the obama position ... i.e., that "Native = Natural." (Of course he cannot actually prove the "Native" part, just as we cannot seem to disprove it where it counts.)

As you may know, I have always thought this was the Democrat Game Plan for this man. He was literally plucked from nowhere and placed into this situation to get the team's heavier socialist lifting done, so that an infinitely smarter Hillary could appear and consolidate the Revolution. The Establishment Republican game plan may be congruent, IMHO. It often appears that they do NOT WANT a Presidential victory in 2012. What they want is someone to fully shoulder the blame for a $5 Gas and 12% unemployment scenario which IMHO is what is going down between now and 2012-16, or longer. The Establishment Republicans want control of Congress, i.e., a good seat at the table where the spoils of economic wreckage are to be divided.

KB, I’m the last person on earth to try to predict where this GA case is going. Only Malihi knows, and he’s not telling. However, I will say this: I’ve been browsing some anti-birther sites, and the mood is sagging. They started out full of cool, analytic confidence mixed w a dash of bluster, but descended quickly into anger and name calling. [Malihi is a pissant, so they say.]

After the anger came outright fear. Some are wondering if Malihi is a closet birther, and others are worried he’s a redneck Lance Ito. In one minute they assure themselves Obama would never testify; in the next they speculate how cool and commanding he’d be in the witness box. [Laughing till I cry.] They ask ea other how much damage, or even possibly advantage, it would be for Obama to simply blow off the ‘racist’ GA primary, and forget about having his name on the ballot.

What I’m getting at is that the anti-birthers are spooked. They want to believe this case will end like all others—w Orly curtly lectured by the judge and dismissed. But they have their doubts. It is, I must confess, amusing to watch. ;)

Me, I want but one thing. Just one. For the original vault copy, “half handwritten” “birth record” to be made public. That is all I want. I’m not getting my hopes up. Still, we shall see.

If his argument is that he is ‘grandfathered in’, then he’s admitting his fault and confirming the facts of the complaint against him.

So he therefore thinks that because he was successful at lying and cheating his way into the Oval, the judge hearing and speaking for the citizens of Georgia should what? Congratulate him on being so clever, and simply say “Grandfathered in - oh, well - whatever. Do as you like Baraky.”?

Pretty obvious that outcome is what he expects. After all, why would some measly Southern judge not follow the example of the entire Congress, along with various and sundry conservative, Constitution-loving pillars of the broadcast community?
