Media giant Glenn Beck says some supporters of Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul have threatened his life.
The claim came during Beck’s TV show Tuesday night, as he was analyzing Paul’s political stances and the Texas congressman’s performance in Monday night’s debate in South Carolina.
“I’m the one that sticks up for Ron Paul on the radio all the time and in meetings. Not all of them are like this,” Beck said. “Just a few have threatened my life, run me off the road. We get threats from Ron Paul supporters all the time. That’s a problem. Don’t be a zealot. You are just as bad – if not worse – than the Occupy Wall Street people. And I don’t know if you’ve seen any shows I’ve done on those people. They’re bad!”

And I say that as a man who finds at least some agreement with Ron Paul on most issues.
Ron alterPaul supporters are as nuts as he is.
Beck is a cry baby.

Paul kooks hate Beck because he stands for Israel and against Extremist terrorists. Beck likes some of Paul’s stances on economy, I gather.
Ratings must be down. I cancelled my membership and I don’t say things like, “Listen to Glenn Beck!” anymore.

WTF? Whatever. I do not accept Glenn Beck as a credible source when it comes to facts in the first place.
I agree. I used to lurk here on the Beck TV thread and I enjoyed it. But his ego has swelled to alarming proportions. It’s always about the next rally, the next great announcement that’s going to change the world, etc....very wearying. And I recently heard him mention his “followers.” I can’t stomach him anymore. I cancelled GBTV-——and I’m especially glad I did now that he’s defending Romney.
does anyone know why paul has not ever attacked romney?

When Glen, Pat, and Stu try to be profound or funny, the show is just embarrassing. None of them, Glen Beck included, are funny or profound. The barroom chatter they produce is the kind of stuff that was cool after 6-8 beers but left all the sober people shaking their heads in befuddlement. The 10 minutes of good listening per hour just isn't worth wading through the mindless gibberish that surrounds it.
I think that Glen Beck is playing the drama queen again. A lot of Ron Paul supporters are real pieces of work but they aren't that crazy.

I used to love to listen to Glenn Beck and read his books. But over the last year or so, I’d say the chesse has come of his cracker.

Seriously, Glenn knows about Grace, Redemption, Forgiveness and to begin again.
Yet he is on a mad ass screed about Newt's Progressivism and didn't ask him about his tipping point.
It maybe too personal, but I want to know who, what, when, were, and why Newt changed, and how he became his own Ben Franklin ( Ben's turn-around story).
This is important so he doesn't break our hearts, He could be our Churchill or a bad bet a Churchill Downs.
I need to know how and why he is the former...
Same here. I no longer look at anything he has to say - It seems like he's going to implode one of these days = his candle burns on both ends and in the middle...
Beck is grandstanding on this, illusions of grandiose. He may be seeing and hearing things that are not there, he may need professional help. I never listen to his radio shows, can't follow their nonsense speak and laughing like kindergarten girls.
