Yes, I think he’ll still be running at least 20 years after he dies.

Roger Ailes was an advisor for George HW?
I did not know that...
To: Clint N. Suhks
Neither did I.
I guess there’s a fine line between the media and political worlds, and a lot of blurring therein.

Yeah, I’m seeing license plates from many states around here. It’s not hard to find work, finding a place to live is another story.

That’s what I’d like to see as well! The Rick Santorum as VP isn’t going to happen. Rick blew that possibility, and probably has already been told which is why he’s gone all crybaby at last night’s debate. Btw, not to hijack the thread but I think the reason Rick was getting so much blowback for acting like an ass last night is in good part because Rick Perry was such a gentleman and a good sport. Rick Santorum on the other hand showed himself to be a poor loser and desperately seeking attention.

They (father & son) are paying something outrageous like $600/ea to share a room in a private residence .....

Some that have rented an apartment for years have had their rent payments tripled. It didn’t help when flooding last summer took out 4000 homes in the Souris River valley.

Another thing that no one is talking about is that the oil companies are moving crude from Montana to WA State refineries by train, Warren Buffet’s trains. The Tesoro refinery is now running 100% on Bakken field oil that is brought in by train. BP is running 14% on Bakken oil.

Wow ... 4,000 homes - that’s tragic. For $1,200 a month, you could probably make payments on a nice RV if you had some place to park it and then you’d have something tangible to show for all the money being spent on lodging.

...finding a place to live is another story.A bunch of Grandma's family lives around that area, BIL has a couple restored Sheepwagons (horsedrawn wagon built into a camper for sheepherders' use) out in the yard.
He's turned down four or five offers to rent the things out already and is about to haul 'em back into the equipment shed to keep people from squattin' in them overnight for free. (It's been 'way below zero for the past couple of weeks, the stoves in the Sheepwagons got removed and he's worried that somebody is going to freeze out there...)

To: JFC; All
I APOLOGIZE for scolding JFC! I let snippiness get the better of me. My only excuse (if you can call it that) is that I'm such a big fan of Walter and remember when this hoax first came out I think more than a year ago, it sounded so unlike Walter that I went to his website to see what on earth he'd been thinking ... and discovered that it was, indeed, a hoax. I was so upset that so many conservatives friends took it at face value! But I'm a fine one to talk, as I've also fallen for things like that. Pot, kettle, and all that.
Again, my apologies, JFC. I should have been FRiendlier in my post!
