Kathleen Sebelius has been told not to approach the Sacrament by her Bishop. Now she needs to be publicly excommunicated for being openly and obstinately in direct conflict with the Church’s teaching.

Read American Christians. No way he is going to impose that on Saudis.

The house of the gods are being raped from the hip, without due process.

Collectivism applies. If my house as a father protects children and the future of a family, I suppose I am a bad father and a government father figure is going to step in and take my child support money while whoring out my girls.

Yep, keep paying those taxes and that child support money to the gov. people. (sarc off)

The Supremes will demolish this in a nano-second. The Federal government has NO say regarding religious organizations.

I made the mistake of reading the posts on the “Think[Re]gress” site. Most believe a woman has the right to do with her body as she pleases. Blind leading the blind.

Headache, heartache.

Isn’t it liberals and democrats that are always crying about “separation of church and state”?

Government needs to stay out of church policies. Government has no right nor authority to regulate the church or it's policies if they are not criminal. Contraception is a serious moral conscience violation for some churches. Government should not have legal authority to impose such a moral violation as this.

I'm not Catholic but I fully support the right of the Catholic church not to dispense birth control at the expense of the church or in any facilities used in it's mission including health care which it owns and operates.

Preacher and Priest of all churches need to take up the fight on this one. It's about who controls the doctrine of the church. Is it the government or is it the churches? U.S. Constitution supports the churches.

This is why we must elect whoever the republican nominee is. None of the 4 left would do stuff like this.

How does our Fed. get the power to enforce this if the company in question does not take Fed. funds?

What a company offers for insurance is none of the Fed. business unless they volunteer for the strings to tie themselves up via the conditions attached to Fed. contracts.
O’bammy’s law is unconstitutional, so that does NOT excuse this.

It’s long past time for churches to abandon their 501-3c shotgun wedding to the government.

Real separation of church from state should begin in the church itself.

501-3c status makes the church a surrogate of the government, all for tax-free status.

The government has threatened to rescind 501-3c status for non-compliant churches.

Let them.

We should not be giving to churches and charities because we can get a tax benefit, anyway.

Once again, the obamanation administration tramples the constitutional guarantee of separation of the powers of church and state in the first amendment of the Bill of Rights. Their depraved desire is to destroy human rights and freedoms given by God's Christ to the children of men.
The wages of sin is death, which these monsters will learn at their judgment by the true God and Judge of all men, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
It is appointed to a man once to die, and then the judgment.

First add services that will increase cost, then you can blame the insurance companies for passing those costs to customers...sounds like a plan designed to eliminate private insurance companies.

But what would it mean if scum sucking politicians on both sides never made another law?

Would Americans have more liberty and freedom and would we be further ahead fiscally as a nation? What does Congress actually do besides make laws on behalf of those special interests and lobbyists who own them?
