IMO what-ever was in operation that caused Hilary to hand him the election ‘by acclamation’ and prevented Cheney from asking for objections, was the very same (threat?)that created the ‘flubbing’ of the Oath, so that it would need to be taken in private.

This evening I happened to catch part of Eric Erickson’s radio show on WSB Atlanta. At the top of the 7:00 hour this guy was calling on Kemp to dismiss this case (although there are 3 separate cases) because he feels this will embarrass republicans and embarrass Georgia because Obama’s mother was a US citizen so that was enough to give him citizenship. And then Erickson said if Kemp wouldn’t step in then Governor Deal should stop this and have the administrative judge dismissed for misconduct. And then he said the GOP should go after Rep. Mark Hatfield for initiating this case.

So obviously he is not informed on the issue of nbc and further he fails to understand that there are challenges against Obama in several states, not just Georgia.

So the question will be who, if anyone, will show up to the court tomorrow on behalf of the defendant. Will Bob Bauer make an appearance?

Why else would Clinton, whose documented perjury and obstruction of justice was evident, have been let off by the Senate?

It doesn't even take very many to stop legislation or tip the balance in favor of it--you don't have to buy or blackmail the entire Congress, just enough unwilling votes to get what you want done.

There are billions of dollars unaccounted for in this administration, and considering a billion is a thousand millions, that could well buy the difference, too. The moment something could be made to even appear to be quid pro quo, there is something which could be brought up as an ethics violation...and leverage.

The opportunities for corruption abound.

I think I heard one of the witnesses in the Georgia trial state that the very first web posting of the COLB had ‘layers’. IIRC he wasn’t speaking of the most recent one but the older / original COLB..and ONLY the first time it was posted. Any ideas about this?
