Teacher: It's a feeling of us vs. them

This is my second request that you not ping, post, or mail me for the duration of this thread. I will extend the same courtesy to you. ( You have already had you opportunity to have the last word.)

When you make outrageous claims I will respond to them, that is the wonderful thing about living in a free country.

If you are afraid to deal with the issues I raise that says much more about you. If you don't want me to respond to your prevarications then don't post.

There is a great download from Grease Monkey called Killfile.

It blocks posters. I’ve used it on a few posters who are so full of themselves, I see no reason to respond to their bile.

And it give you a sweet little Monkey at the top of your browser window. Cutest thing you’ve ever seen. So if you want to dump a pu!z and have them babbling to themselves on a thread, go here.

I am and have always been more than reasonable. I have openly supported ALL of your ideas to correct problems in the educational system, with the exception of the wholesale destruction of a system that works for 80% of the population.

And what is wrong with "having a problem" with anti-Catholics? That is a serious question. We are supposed to be willing to defend our faith. If you are not willing to do that why do you call yourself a member?

I have **never** been to a parent teacher or principal conference that wasn't a complete waste of my life!!! ( I wish I could have that time back.)

And I am certain that you never passed this negative attitude on to your children and you taught them to have respect for their elders and those in position of authority.forget parent of the year, you should be parent of the decade or maybe century

Maybe you need to look inward. Sometimes when you lose friends, and the team is against you, it’s you. I’ve had two run ins with you, including this one, while we have been involved tons of times on the religion forum. Yet, YOU instantly made me “them”. Either you forget who I am or who YOU are.

Well there is your problem, you don’t READ. Look at what you wrote.

Look back at my post and see the words “truly warranted problems with Anti-Catholics”. That means you’re right in your problems with them. You can debate in circles with them and get no where. After one has presented one’s case, one is not debating anymore BECAUSE someone isn’t hearing what one has to say. (see that’s in Religion Forum language) I’ve been in tons of circular arguments with people that do nothing, but fall to insults and the near occasion of sin (hint, hint). That’s why I try not to go there. Pearls before Swine and all that, you know.

None of us know the mind of God. Worry about you, FRiend. As for me, Metmom has a problem with my religion but as a Catholic, I have no problem with hers. I can’t change anyone. Neither can any other FReeper.
