Rick Santorum turns heat on Newt Gingrich in Florida (pout alert)

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.— Rick Santorum kicked off his Florida campaign here Sunday by aiming directly at Newt Gingrich. “It’s great to be glib, but it’s better to be principled,” the former Pennsylvania senator told a crowd of more than 200 standing in a hot parking lot of a strip mall in this town outside Fort Lauderdale.

Santorum dismissed the idea that the South Carolina primary reshaped the race into a Gingrich-Mitt Romney face-off. Saturday’s results could very quickly be overshadowed by the Jan. 31 Florida primary, in which he’s hoping to reemerge as a factor. “You have three candidates who can be president. That wasn’t the case moving into South Carolina,” he added, referencing Jon Huntsman and Rick Perry’s withdrawal from the race. “Florida can now step back and say, ‘Okay…who is the candidate that we here in South Florida should put our seal of approval on?

Ron, methinks you totally missed Reagan’s point.

Dweeb, me thinks reagan69 is quite capable of clarifying his/her own position without a little busy body priss sticking their nose where it doesn't belong.

Take your snark and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Oh, how does that taste, dweeb?

Tastes bitter, as you you were shamed on a public forum so you sneak back in day or two later when no one else will flame you.

And this is a public forum. That means everbody’s nose belongs everywhere. If you don’t like it, I suggest you use “PRIVATE” setting or something new called email. You might like it.

And Reagan’s point did go right over your head.

A blast from the past-Remember how you used to feel about Newt?
Hey dumba$$... if NO is the right answer, as it is in this case, then EXACTLY what we ought to be doing is “just yelling NO”.

...Who was it, again, that thought this academic weenie would be a good POTUS??!?

Sure I do. Back in 2008 — four years ago, that was.

And now I’ve changed my mind and am solidly behind Gingrich — warts and all.

Life is about choices, and you don’t always get to pick what you get to choose from. For example, I wanted Palin or Perry. Sorry, circumstances dictated otherwise.

But I’ll tell you what — Newt is head-and-shoulders above that whiny big-government loser Santorum. And Santorum is his *nearest* worthy opponent.

Next question?
