Congratulations, Newt!! The Gingrich Revolution begins here and begins now!!

Thank you very much, South Carolina!! Thank you very much, Rick Perry!! Thank you very much, Todd & Sarah!!

And now it's on to Florida!!

Free Republic is all in for Newt and the rebellion is on!!

I'm understanding from his debates and his website that Newt wants to totally dismantle the Marxist/socialist welfare state, fire the czars, repeal ObamaCare, repeal Dodd-Frank, repeal Sarbanes Oxley, privatize social security and medicare, return all federal socialist welfare programs to the states and the people to be controlled locally or shuttered, audit and neuter the Fed, fire Bernanke, fire the EPA, shutter the federal departments of Health, Education, Energy, Housing, Commerce, Labor, Welfare etc, etc, drastically cut the government, cut the bureaucracy, cut the regulations, cut the taxes, cut the deficit, reduce unemployment, restore jobs, restore manufacturing, industry, energy production, restore the constitutional balance of powers between the branches and between the feds and the states and the people, rein in the liberal activist judiciary, restore states rights and restore our God-given unalienable individual rights and stop the slaughter of the innocent unborn!!

In short, to set our people free to produce, prosper and enjoy the fruits of their own labor, ie, restore our constitution and God-given unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the PURSUIT of Happiness!!

And I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically endorse and join with Newt in this rebellion for a restoration of our constitutionally limited government, our states rights and our individual rights!!

We the people are the sovereigns. Government derives its just powers at the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of Government becomes destructive to our God-given Liberty, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness!!

I pray that we are doing the right thing for God, Country and Liberty and believe that we are. We must retake control of our government and our Liberty from our Godless liberal establishment and wannabe rulers, overseers and dictators!!

We must leave a stronger, freer, more prosperous America for our children and grandchildren.

Securing the Blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity is our duty and our mission!!

Another bookmarked link! I’m sending these links to everyone that I can. If I can convince my sister in Florida to vote for Newt, it’s a potential 6-7 votes minimum. I have another sister in Georgia with a potential 4 votes. It may not seem like much, but if we all give it a try, it could make a difference.

I am really getting disgusted with even some of my ‘conservative’ talk radio shows. I had to change to Country Music because of the recent constant push for Romney and denigration of Newt.

You know, as a non-LDS Utahan, I think i may have my work cut out for me. My neighbors (who are LDS), are voting for Romney. Sadly, from conversations with them, there vote for Romney is based on one factor: HE'S LDS! I'm hoping I break through to them, that voting for a candidate based solely on their religious affiliation is not a prudent move. I told them that I would never vote for Huckabee even though we're both Evangelical Christians due to his stands on certain issues. At any rate, please pray for the LDS citizens of Utah that their vote in the upcoming primary will be based on something more than their common religious affiliation with Mittens. BTW, thank you all for your very kind replies :-)

Yes, recent Pew Forum polling data revealed this month showed that...
...Mitt's "fave rating" among Lds was at least 86%
...Obama's "fave rating" among Lds was 25%

So, let's look at that: That tells me...
...at least 1 of every 9 Mormons think favorably of BOTH Obama and Romney...
...and another 1 of every 7 Mormons think favorably of at least Obama...
...at least 6 of every 7 Mormons think favorably of Romney...and probably higher in Western states (19 out of every 20 UTAH & NEVADA Mormons voted for Romney in '08)
...Plus, it tells me that perhaps some -- certainly not all -- Mormon FREEPERS who have told us they aren't "Mittbots" would still vote for Mitt with absolutely no hesitancy.

Identity politics is absolutely rampant among Lds voters...certainly their religious and political prerogative...but hypocritical if they proceed to scold Evangelicals for taking the other-worldly beliefs & character & gullibility & lack of discernment of Romney into consideration in the ballot booth.

(Which further reinforces acting upon patterns -- as Jim has had to do of late -- re: his zots of steeped Mormons who couldn't abide by either host requests or basic standards of non-rudeness)
