A few years back I joined the Board of a large, local not-for-profit organization. One of the first things I noticed was that the control deficiencies of the current outside audit management letter included every one (14 total) of the previous year's audit report. We found out shortly thereafter that the executive director was embezzling more than $500,000. So what has Soetoro been doing for the last three years? Oh yes, playing golf on vacation among other things.
