Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced his second bio-fuels loan guarantee in a week, revealing that the Agriculture Department (USDA) is slated to loan an Oregon biorefinery $232.5 million for a project expected to create 65 jobs and support 38 others. how do I get myself some of that free Obama money from his Chinese stash?
It is a good thing I did not get a vote on this boondoggle pouring our money into another black hole. NO!
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Funny that parts of Alaska are in the same zone as New Jersey.
Never would expect it as such.
This is very simple - the Dept. of Ag. doesn’t have enough farmers to oversee, but their budget is too large for what they actually have to do, so why not get into funding more proven false technology like “bio-fuels”?
Bio-fuels have long since been proven to be worse for the environment than so-called fossil fuels, but don’t tell the Dems that - they aren’t into facts and real science!
Besides, if the end of the fiscal year comes up and they haven’t spent ALL of the money they don’t need plus at least 10% more, they won’t get an increase in year year’s budget.
The Dept. of Ag. should have ben eliminated a long time ago and still needs to be eliminated. Like most cabinet departments in the government, they serve no one but themselves, spend waaaayyyy too much money and have nothing productive to add to America!
