What about the bizarre State of the Union spectacle of hundreds of “lawmakers” clapping and bobbing up and down like mindless jacks-in-a-box?

Everyone needs to email CNN and sponsers that they better allow audience participation or else sponsers will suffer the wrath of the viewers, and CNN ratings will be furhter in the toilet.

If they do this, Newt himself should go on the offensive against the control freak oppressive liberal media, telling the audience NOT to sit on their hands when they hear something they like. He should hit it hard on his very first answer.

It's easier for the MSM to astroturf support for Romney when the people can't see massive displays of support for Gingrich.

If CNN stacks the audience with Romney supporters, it will be funny to see the audience applaud wildly to Romney's bland answers.

I think Stephan Stromberg should show up and tell the audience himself.

Very strange goings on tonight, the applause at the debates was suppl lied by sound bites from Cnn. If you watch the live debates, you can hear the great roar of applause, while not a person in the audience was moving.
