The pro-Newt Gingrich PAC "Winning Our Future" claims that "at least six" stations in Florida have -- as of Thursday -- been telling the group they need more documentation to run their ads.
"Stations all across Florida started to pull spots asking for fact checking," said Gregg Phillips, managing director of Winning Our Future, who accused the outlets of being "lazy" and suggested they were part of a coordinated effort across Florida to derail Newt Gingrich.
The SuperPAC currently has three ads running in Florida.
Phillips speculated this kind of fact-checking wasn't being done on Romney ads.

Sounds like ol’ Mittens is really spreading around that money in Florida! He did the same thing in Iowa - running totally untrue but damaging ads against Gingrinch and then standing back and claiming that it wasn’t him but “the Super-Pacs I don’t control”!
This guy is so slippery - but the vast majority of voters will see the ads and not verify the facts and it may well be too much for Newt to overcome, especially if the stations won’t run his ads!
The really frustrating thing is that if Romney pulls it off and gets the nomination, does anyone really believe that he’ll start running attack ads against Obama? He won’t - just like John McCain in 2008, he’ll try to be “nice” to win the “moderates” and he’ll end getting his butt kicked just like McCain did! Arghhhh!!

The ammount of money WTF spends on MSM ads would be better suited in net advertizing and hiring people on the ground to promote Newt’s website where people can skip the MSM spin.
Recently net ads surpassed MSM ads for the first time. Thats where the eyeballs are. Let the Rinos have the Dino media. It’s lost to us already so lets capitalize our strength. The net.
Could just be the liberal media blocking the ads because they want to elect Romney. It’s not often you get a bonafide secular progressive on the Republican ticket. It’s far, far, far more valuable to the left to have a progressive become the leader of the Republican party than to have Obama get reelected. It would absolutely destroy the Republican Congress’ ability to coalesce around any kind of conservative agenda.

Yes, the Chicago gang may have a hand in it this time, but it's mostly the "Fourth Estate", doing what it has been doing for some time now.
Also, reportedly Mittwit is heavily invested as an owner in the radio megapowers Clear Channel and/or Cumulus.
This is the third time I have heard this. Where is the one honest reporter that wants to go after this. The money Romney is spending is astonishing. If we find out that Newts ads are being “fact” checked and Romney’s are not this will open a whole new can of worms. What ever happened to “investigative reporting”?
