Everyone should be contacting their representatives in congress to support Rep. Mike Kellys bill to kill the $7,500 tax credit.
This tax credit is for all EVs that qualify and includes the Chevy Volt and Nissan Leaf.
Leftists do not tolerate expressed dissent.
"We got your money, now shut up!"
No way in hell I EVER purchase another Chevy or Chrysler.
I don’t want anything from Government Motors.
With enron inbankruptcy, volt is headed for intensive care.
Who wants a volt when there are no batteries?
Hussein gives GM to the unions in violation of Federal bankruptcy laws and the taxpayers aren’t supposed to comlain?
Do any of the photoshoppers have a pic of a crying baby with the words, “That racist!” they can post?
I know it doesn’t make sense but I’m just imagining the Watermelons (green-skinned and Red on the inside) will say that the reason people aren’t buying the Dolt is because they are racist!
I was raised by a father who drove nothing but Chevy.
I was happy driving Chevy —until my wife bought this Lincoln Continental. And when GM was fisted by club Obama I decided I will NEVER buy another Government owned Garage Mans Companion. (Dad did have a VW back in 67 and it was a lot of fun—But our Govt. doesn’t have the same stuff the Germans had except by importation.)
Government motors can go jump in a flaming lake of shorted and burning Volts, on their way to bankruptcy and irrelevancy. I’ll continue to bash them and their products with much enthusiasm and glee. From the time of the bailouts, I immediately traded in mt GMC truck and bought a new F-150, and I’ll never buy any of their products ever again. They are as dead to me as Matt Drudge and Ann Coulter became this week.
Well, at least we taxpayers got our money back from their bail out and a profit to boot to help with the deficit!
I'm sure the GM bond holders will back up my statements to. /s
If I started a steam power car (lets call it exCTcitizenSteamer), I won’t ask the government to subsidize it. Stanley Steamer didn’t ask for them. Neither did Pope-Hartford, Locomobile or even American Motors.
Sure GM.
Be honest. Obama instructed you to say that.
You know it’s true. Thing is,.. so do Americans.
I sure hope they didn't design the Volt for profit! (This would be an indication of incredible stupidity.)
ML/NJ
The Volt wouldn’t be a political punching bag if Government Motors had not designed a tax funded self destructing car.
I am boycotting all GM and Chrysler products forever, precisely for political and moral reasons - more than 50 billion political reasons that my children and grandchildren will have to repay. As for the Volt, I actually test drove one, not that I would buy anything from a massively corrupt organization but to know whether I would want a similar vehicle if Ford or a foreign company reverse engineered it. It’s an overpriced golf cart with all the polish of the Chevy Cavalier. No one will ever reverse engineer it, and even if a reputable company made it, I wouldn’t want one.
Hey Akerson! KMA! I’ll never buy another GM product.
I have a Chevy truck in my driveway which was made about when Barry the Imposter was turning 14 years old. It still runs just fine & I am still able to find parts for it.
The Chevy VOLT is a total piece of crap. That is a fact-—not a political statement. I would not have one if they came for free inside the Crackerjack Box.
Obama has no one but himself to blame.....he did exactly what Rush said he would do-—overreach.
This ‘president’ has done more to kill the American economy & spend money we don’t have than anything we could have dreamed up before 11-2008.
