First the good news. Yesterday 26 January I watched live feed of an extraordinary event. The setting was a courtroom in Georgia and the presiding jurist was Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi. The case centered around and on Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to be placed on the Georgia ballot in the upcoming 2012 General Election(s). During the hearing, 3 attorneys Orly Taitz, Van Irion and J. Mark Hatfield presented their witnesses and individual ineligibility cases brought against Mr. Obama. Neither Obama nor his attorney Michael Jablonski were in attendance both having opted to avoid and skip the proceedings altogether and none of the court's required production of Obama's eligibility was provided.

Any thoughts as to validity, FReepers?
We are like frogs in a pot of cold water that is gradually being heated up ..... I'd say we're at the simmering point right about now. If Obummer gets re-elected, over the next 4 years, we'll hit boiling.
What Good Can a Handgun Do Against An Army?

All we need to know is that Obama would like to declare martial law.
Could be Obama preparing for defeat in November. He may plan on staying in power by way of military force. Our own soldiers may end up turning on us. That’s frightening.
My opinion is that the author of the referenced article, in regards to her second thesis, is sounding like Naomi Wolf, the leftwing nutjob who thought Bush and Cheney were going to use the military to take over the US. As much as I despise Hussein, this ain’t gonna happen.
Thanks for posting this - terrific article .... I’m passing it around to family, friends.
There are a group of Military Patriots called the “white knights” who will take U.S. Officials into custody the very minute they turn on the American people!
IMO, more validity than anyone in the mainstream would be willing to admit. This stuff is not all imaginary. Most of it gets explained away pretty easily.....but those types of explanations are based on the assumption that we are dealing with rational, non megalomaniacs in the government who are doing these preparations. Certainly not a given.
So, probably not on the immediate horizon....unless we have a major economic crunch, which is moving from possible to probable. This US military detention portion of the so called defense appropriations bill is a very large red flag. That didn’t get put in there for no reason.
Personally, I think we are less than 4 or 5 years from being like East Germany was. Things have deteriorated a great deal in 3 years.
You're dreaming.
Paranoiarama!
I don’t put a thing past obastard. However.
The blog suggests that trains carrying military equipment into California are preparing for martial law. They are going to Sierra Army Depot a storage facility in the high desert north of Reno.
We are shutting down huge chunks of the military right now. There are THOUSANDS of vehicles in the Middle East. If we don’t leave all of them there, and I hope we don’t, they will be coming back to the U.S. and will have to be shipped and stored somewhere before they rot away and are wasted like most military surplus equipment is. There are more than 6,000 of one type of MRAP trucks in Afghanistan alone. There are probably more than 15,000 MRAPs and other trucks in just Afghanistan. It would take almost 1,000 trains to move them when they are landed here.
Our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines are smart and good people and will not allow themselves to be used against regular American citizens like that. They will not use the “good soldier following orders” excuse like some Germans tried in WWII.
I wouldn’t put it past Zerobama to see how far he could push the dictatorial envelope, but he’d have to come to the realization that these brave men and women are serving their country, not some pansy usurper in D.C.
The guy who wrote this belongs in an insane asylum. He even includes the black helicopters.
Then you need some research...gang breeding in the military

Much more online
So dont count on all of the military being good guys...plus realize the bad guys will have plenty of fire power and know how to use it.
I wouldn't go that far, but it was not a useful thing to post. I've known people for years who fear the "black Helicopters" and the "New World Order" and the "Tri-Lateral Commission" etc. I understand how they can develop some of these ideas, but to most people this is just crackpot nuttery.
This stuff is worse than useless, it's discrediting to anyone that associates with it. I would point out that if such a thing was coming to pass, most of the public would be well aware of it, because it couldn't be hidden. Now some might say, "if it gets to that point it is too late. " I've got news for such people.
It is already too late. The current war fighting ability of the U.S. Army makes it possible for them to take out any group of insurgents, including American Patriots. Let us not talk of "military" issues, and martial law. The ABILITY for them to impose martial law is already here. The will is not, and we should keep it that way.
The best strategy is Public Discourse about the direction this country is going, not vague and ominous warnings about the movements of our American Fighting men. They are on OUR SIDE.
I wouldnt put it past Zerobama to see how far he could push the dictatorial envelope, but hed have to come to the realization that these brave men and women are serving their country, not some pansy usurper in D.C.
Amen! It is not in anyone's best interest to question the loyalty (to the nation) of American Soldiers. Americans are an independent lot, and we don't just blindly follow what our leaders tell us. If the Creep in Chief gave the order to impose martial law for no good reason, I suspect he would discover our soldiers unwilling to go along with it.
The paranoid kooky stuff needs to stop. It is unhelpful.
