If Levin is going to play the Romney clip from Panama City, he better not.
I listened to it VERY CLOSELY, several times.
Romney said "I'm NOT going to cut waste in the DoD to pay for Obamacare. I'm going to cut waste to build more planes, to fund more soldiers..."
He did NOT say "I'm going to cut waste at the DoD to pay for ObamaCare."
Let's see if Levin is reading this.
