There is evidence of a coverup since it is now known that AG Holder was informed the same day that the agent was murdered and Holder did not act!

Since, in prior testimony, he stated that he was unaware, it would be untenable for him to now contend that he took any particular action in direct response to the notification. Holder is at least admitting that he did nothing to rein in the illegal activity once it was revealed to him.
