Well, I have a border collie, a chow, and a spaniely thing. I had a Lab, but she died recently. Plus my daughter’s cheeweenie (Chihuahua and daschund mix) stays over at my house about 40% of the time.

All house dogs, so you can imagine the nightmare.

Actually, they are my wife’s dogs. I’m actually a cat person, although I like dogs. Four cats. do muzzies hate cats? I’ve been wanting an orange tabby for some time, and that would be a good excuse, IMO>

My great grandfather left Wales in 1863. His sisters emigrated too, but at a later time. After serving in the Union Army from 1863 to 1865, he married another Welsh immigrant and raised 19 children. I've spent considerable time researching my family history. I enjoyed visiting, but the embrace of socialism in Wales offends me in the extreme. It's a gasoline and match social situation for me. I don’t have a lot of regrets about things I’ve thought of doing and then not done, but the one that comes to mind is when I was at a gas station on I-5 and a Dodge Caravan pulled in. The driver was every inch a Mooslum in full-on raghead regalia...eyes as evil as any I’ve ever seen...pointy toed shoes...the whole damn family dressed in their finest, and the Caravan(!) decked out in nomad tent splendor; animal skin prints, reds, purples. I was with a friend and our dogs, and when I saw these folks the thing that came to mind was to throw the dog’s tennis ball into the back of the van when the sliding door opened. One of these dogs is full on crazy about tennis balls, and would have wrecked the whole vehicle in an effort to get at it. Alas, my respect for private property won out.
