Surprisingly, Islamic peoples glorified cats, most likely because the prophet Mohammed liked them. A popular legend tells about Mohammed’s cat falling asleep on the sleeve of his robe. When he wanted to get up, Mohammed cut off the sleeve, rather than disturb the cat. An extension of this legend even suggests that the prominent “M” marking on the foreheads of tabby cats stands for Mohammed.

I also heard an alternate story where a tabby cat climbed into the manger with Jesus to purr Him asleep, as a reward, the "M" on the tabby's forehead was from the Madonna. I'm more of a cat person, but I love dogs too so I love the idea of pit-bulls vs. Muslims. If they can't live here, send them back to their rat holes.

Speaking of unclean, did you know that first cousin marriage is very common in the Muslim world? Fully one half of all Pakistani marriages are between first cousins, and this has been going on for a thousand years.

He was actually my brother in law’s dog, but yes, out of the dogs with no wolf blood at all that I’ve ever known he was definitely the most self confident and assertive.

At a 100% Muslim there still wouldn’t be peace because Muslims kill each other even more than they kill non Muslims. Honor killings, also one sect against the other and fanatics killing those they think aren’t fanatic enough. The more the fanatics take over the more fanatic they become making more and more crazy rules that if other Muslims don’t follow they may well be killed.

In addition to his affinity for pre-teen girls, the Prophet had a compulsive hatred of dogs. Some Hadiths quote him ordering the killing of all dogs, others show him to be moderate ordering that only "black dogs" be killed. Which gives a special edge to the not uncommon description in the Muslim world of Obama as a "black dog".
