Illinois?

This would seem like the last place in all 57 states where one could challenge The One.

They may or may not get it done in Illinois, but at least we are seeing rumbles and reverberations from Georgia...

Will the same group queue up similar action against Mittens for not being an NBC?

This “skip tracer” thinks Bath-House Barry and Manchelle’s house is actually owned by Cook County’s circuit court judge (Jane Stuart?) and his accountant.

The skip tracer says the house had 6 PIN numbers on it in a year when it should only have 1.

What’s going on at Barry and Manchelle’s house?

If anything Illinois is deliberate to offset Georgia. I am sure they want to muddy the waters and paint Georgia as an aberration.

There is no need at this point. Once Obama is deemed ineligible, the Democrats will force the issue onto the Republicans. It will all "work out in the wash". Mr. Gingrich knows something we do not.

The best strategy is to keep Orly away from the proceedings.

There was a hearing before a Illinois Hearing Officer. The Officer and the General Counsel both denied the challenges (Jackson’s and Freeman’s). The grounds for the dismissal were the same in both.

“Objector’s petition is based upon an incorrect legal interpetation of what constitutes a “Natural Born Citizen””

The examiner says the pleadings are “illogical, nonsensical and not worthy of consideration”

Michael Jackson has filed an Objector’s Exception to the Recommendations of the Hearing Examiner. In it, he says that he included Leo Donofrio’s amicus brief in his original Opposition to Candidate’s Motion to Strike and Dismiss Objector’s Petition.

My guess is the Election Board tomorrow will accept the recommendations of the Hearing Examiner.

Jackson’s challenge begins on page 30.

Correction.

It was not the examiner who said the pleadings were illogical , it was the Candidate’s attorney.

"illogical, nonsensical and not worthy of consideration”

Wow. If the examiner said that in a school environment he/she would have violated Illinois Anti-Bullying Laws.

Of itself it is absent any legal reasoning or even the logic of classical argument. It is sheer bullying.

There is a system of law that it follows, Kipling described it:

"Now this is the Law of the Jungle—as old and as true as the sky; and the wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the wolf that shall break it must die.
As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk, the Law runneth forward and back;
For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack."
