“Gay Marriage” has only enacted by legislature and the court.

When the people vote on the issue...It always fails.

Yes, it does. Praying for the referendum thing to stall this into oblivion.

That’s the reason why the libtards use their lackeys in the courts to do their evil. Even here in Mexifornia, the population voted against this garbage and they had to resort to lib courts to shove it down the population.

Yes-—but what they are doing is putting those words “homosexual marriage” together which is a misuse of the word “marriage”-—like the good Marxists, they are, to destroy meaning of words.

Our legal dictionaries had a definition of marriage which they bastardized-—illegally. There is no such thing as “homosexual marriage”.

Say the big lie over and over and it normalizes the concept. The younger kids approve it by 80 % or so——30 years ago—the idea would have been considered dumb or silly and EVIL and approval by the young would have been 15%

They are teaching (brainwashing and conditioning) children moral relativism—there is no right and wrong. They are destroying the concept of Natural Rights from God—and making barney frank our god. It is totally against Right Reason, therefore it is irrational—and unconstitutional. Laws have to be based on Logic and Reason and Natural Law—First Principles of our Constitution-—the Supreme Law of the Land. They can NOT DEFY the principles in the Constitution. (But they are but this can be made Null and Void—because it defies the underlying principles of our Constitution. They can NOT call evil -good and good-evil. It is irrational and unconstituional for government to promote evil-—particularly to children.

Virtue is necessary for all Free Republics. Sodomy is evil and dysfunctional and disease causing and unnatural. Right Reason According to Nature-—is how Just Law is made-—all our laws HAVE to be Just Law, otherwise they can easily be made Null and Void. I am reading about John Marshall and the establishment of Judicial Review-—and the meaning and intent of our Founding Documents. Homosexual marriage is incompatible with many elements in our Constitution-—NO 1—It goes against nature and Design by God.

Sodomy is always evil and intrinsically disordered and it is a learned behavior. They should outlaw it because it is learned through child abuse and by affirming it, they are oking child abuse. You can never teach children that evil is good and have rational, emotionally healthy adults.

Hate to tell you this, but not in Washington state it wonL

When the ‘everything but marriage’ law got passed by the Legislature back in 2009, they got the signatures to put it up for a vote. However, EVERY county in the state voted NO except 7 (King, Snonhomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Thurston, Clallam, & Jefferson) and it passed. The gays KNOW opponents can get the signatures to get it on the ballot.

They also know that all they need are those 7 counties for passage, and they are chock full of gays & liberals.

Barring an act of Almighty God, the gays can’t lose on this one, and everyone knows it.

I think the only failure was Arizona in in 2006, which later passed an amendment in 2008. Like you said, it wasn’t a popular vote to enact “gay marriage” but a failure to protect the state’s recognition of the institution.

Several states have been in the low 50% ranges, and the last such vote was 2008 with prop. 8’s 52%, I think. There is some question if some of the lib states would pass at all today, especially some of the more lib states that passed their amendments 5+ years ago. Like Hawaii was one of the first, passing one in ‘98 by 69%, no way it even comes close to that now, it would be lucky to be in the low 50% range.

Minnesota has one this Nov, and NC has one during the primary I think. I bet a popular vote type amendment would be very, very close in Washington. There are many states that passed their amendments in the 70-80% ranges, they would still easily pass in those states, but I doubt if they would pass by so much. I think in 20 years many of the pro-marriage amendments simply get overturned by popular vote.

“Gay Marriage” has only enacted by legislature and the court.

And the only reason it passes in legislatures is because the Gaystapo is expert in intimidation tactics, and just enough jelly-spined legislators don't have the stomach for a fight for what's right. No one is nastier than an angry fag.
