There are at least 2 vtdeos at the source. In the first, Rep. Ann Marie Buerkle (R-NY) said she had at least 30 questions from residents of her district about F&F. So much for the general ignorance about F&F, the lame stream media isn't needed any more if you want to be informed.

In the face of such blatant arrogance will Congress simply kick the can down the road some more in the hopes that Americans will forget or lose interest?

Yes, the totally gutless, spineless, and brain dead Stupid Party members don't want to get the Mainstream Media to say nasty stuff about them. Oh, oh, oh.

In the face of a spineless GOP running Congress, I take that as a rhetorical question.

This pig and his fellow ‘RATS want more “gun control”. Unless they can disarm We the People, their dream of a communist America will never happen.

In the face of a spineless GOP running Congress...Congress is split between the two parties. The blame is equal enough for both.
...I take that as a rhetorical question.
It was intended as such. I guess I needed to add an /rhetorical after all.

It still does matter that we contact our congress critters even if they happen to be Rats. I have sent mine my thoughts on F&F before and now I will definitely let them hear it again.

Until/unless the GOP-e takes this issue seriously and exercises the power of the US Congress, this is little more than a silly side show.
Anyone who take the House, under GOP-e control is silly too!

About 1/3 of the way into the proceedings, Holder ridiculed the idea that the program would result in more 2d amendment restrictions by the government.
About ten minutes later he tried to make the case that what was need to avoid this kind of thing in the future was more ‘statutory’ gun restrictions.
The dems on the committee not only put the blame squarely on Bush 43, but they had the audacity to go back to Reagan. The impression they gave was that this was Reagan’s idea and the the program ran straight through Bush 41 into Bush 43 with no other presidents.
Also, the talking point defense for the dems is, “Bush started this program and if only the administration had known about it, we would have put a stop to it. Now its turned into a political witch hunt by whitey against the First Black President...”
Sheesh. God bless Rep Issa and anyone who will defend America from tyranny.
Kit.

Just about every Democrat house member referenced
Groundhog Day In their questioning! They considered this hearing as a joke!
I didn't!!!
All the Democrat house members did was repeat the Democrat talking points and gave praise to Holder's excellent running of the Justice Dept.
Issa tried his best to keep the hearing on track!

What I was being sarcastic about is in the lame stream media, the do nothing GOP congress is all the fault of the GOP. They never ever bring up the 15-20 jobs bills that Boehner and the boys have sent over to Harry Roid’s trash basket.

Perhaps the funniest moment of the hearings is when Kucinch pronounced it “groundshog day”. What a dumba$$!
And Labrador really b*tch slapped Holder to the point where poor little Eric cried that he wasn’t being respected. LOL

Yep, here we go again with the Clintonian Incompetence Defense, a la Sandy Berger.

I hope the perennially p!ssed Freepers at these F&F threads spend as much time leaning on their Congressional delegation as they do complaining here.
