i lkinda like the idea of findong out what companies donate to them, and not buy from those companies.

Ditto. My belief is that this company (Komen) is built on tragedy and suffering, and plays on the emotions of ever increasing numbers of women that contract cancer. From what I've heard on radio, etc. in their commercials, they're all about donations and money all the while pulling on the ole heart strings with little substantive evidence of actual ACTION beyond organizing 'walks for the cure' and how to sponsor a walker (Mo MOney) blah blah. Concurrently, they then turn around and help fund Planned Parenthood abortions. It is the worst kind of deception, in my opinion.
