Thank you RC. I really appreciate this information! (and will be filing it away). Hopefully I’ll not need any of it but you know as well as I do when a tooth throws a ‘fit’, it very seldom goes away completely. Anyway I appreciate all this info!
If you do end up trying one of them, just remember to ease into it, they’re stronger than you’d suspect. Tea tree oil is not for internal use at all, topical only, it’s toxic if ingested. The others can have unpleasant effects if ingested, so read up on them beforehand so you get the benefit and not more than you bargained for. If you’re just putting it on a tooth and spitting it out, they all should be OK in moderation with the exception of tea tree oil. I know people who use it orally but I wouldn’t, myself. Self-medication, even with herbal preparations and oils, isn’t something to take lightly. You can harm yourself, there is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
