Fidencio Membrano, 36, was charged with three counts of attempted murder after he shot two women inside the Molino Rojo Bar, according to a City of Miami Police Department news release.
Details of the release: Detectives say Jessenia Hernandez was approached by Membrano inside the bar in an unusual way — he pulled her hair.
