WASHINGTON — A second term for President Barack Obama would allow him to expand his replacement of Republican-appointed majorities with Democratic ones on the nation's appeals courts, the final stop for almost all challenged federal court rulings.

This is the ominous aspect of a second Obama term I can think of. I don’t know if the nation can survive it.

So why are Republicans ready to nominate an Obama look-alike?

what a way to start the morning, this is some downer news i’ve read so far. i for one and sick and tired of this guy. people need to stop pussyfootin around and select a decent candidate to challenge obama in the elections, the media is doing a great job using romney as a poster boy to democrats by constantly talking about his key points everyday and no one else, talk about brainwashing the sheeple.

His thugs have already gotten to the local and state courts and worked their way all the way up to the Supremes. It’s a done did situation.

Let’s see: Mittens vs Obama:

Is there reason to believe that Mittens’ judicial appointments will be more conservative than those by PurpleLips?

If not, then why vote for Mittens?

I say let Obama accelerate the crash of the USA, which is upon us anyway, (sorry to offend anyone, but is is here, NOW, whether you like it or not), and get on with the rebuilding after his second term is up.

This is why those on FR who say there’s not a dime’s worth or difference between the two parties or say they they will sit home or vote third party on election day are very wrong.

If Obama gets another term he can load up the federal courts & the Supreme court with liberal, statist, revisionist judges who have terms for life, not 4 years. America will be messed up for generations.
