When they (Occu-poopers and NBP) broadcast their intent to commit crimes like this, the local law enforcement should be prepared, along with the DA to counter this by protecting those peacefully assembling to conduct lawful business...
And if they fail to do so, is that not enough to call for going to this event armed and safe, but dangerous to those wanting to commit crimes against us???
I know police are not charged to protect, as decided by the SCOTUS in years past, so why can we the people go prepared ourselves to fend off and stop a premeditated crime against us??? Seems reasonable...
And if the dunderheads at CPAC cannot figure this little tidbit out, then why attend??? Who’s stupid idea was it to do this in a district that does not recognize an unalienable and moral right to keep and bear arms...

Why on earth do these events happen and be held in left wing bastions .
SC, MS, AL, etc is where they need to be help, where one can defend themselves, they are the rights strong holds etc.

Hmmm....I’ve heard that conservatives pack heat. These lefties should be careful. I’d hate for there to be an accidental discharge or 2......or 50.

This is not a planned demonstration against the government so CPAC would not be in violation of “free speech and assembly”. A mob attempting to interfer with a private gathering should be met with opposing force sufficient to quell the mob. If the police are content to sit on their fat asses and not do anything, set up the M-60s, fashion some claymores and arm those at the door with flame throwers. That should about cover it. Guarantee after the first bursts of auto fire and a few claymores going off and a few dozen mobsters get cooked, the crowd disburses.
The Patriots are a bit beat up.....maybe the Giants are available though.
The point is intimidation . It’s that simple. Mussolini’s Black shirts & Hitlers Brownshirts had the same duties as the OWS/AFL-CIO have in this instance.
Sadly there will be blood shed & it will be honorable conservatives who truly want what is best for the nation ie liberty, honest rule of law ,limited governmentthat will be the victims because the leadership of the conservative side of the spectrum think that violence in self defense is self defeating.

A minimal grounding in psychiatry would reveal to them that neglect in childhood can never be made up later, no matter how much of an attention whore one becomes. The best you can do is understand what happened to you and bear your cross with grace.
I seriously do not expect an election this year. Or, if one exists, it will be a farcical Soviet-style election where the results are known on November 1.
