“I’d go to jail rather than cave in to a govement [sic.] mandate that violates what God commands us to do."

You mean like the graduated tax code?

"Thou shall not steal" Yet, people will vote so that government steals for them.

And who shall we steal from? From those who have what we covet. We look at those who have more than we do and decide it's ok to steal from them.

To justify that theft, we tell lies about those from whom we steal, (They are greedy, selfish and take from others, etc.) so we are socially justified to steal from them!

As it is, despite our stated philosophy of all being equal, our tax code discriminates and pits groups of Americans against one another and all for the lowest of reasons.

And does so in violation of at least 3 of the 10 Commandments.

But isn't that what you'd expect from DemonRats?

Deuteronomy 25:13 “You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a large and a small. 14 You shall not have in your house differing measures, a large and a small. 15 You shall have a full and just weight; you shall have a full and just measure, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the LORD your God gives you. 16 For everyone who does these things, everyone who acts unjustly is an abomination to the LORD your God.

Levitcus 19:35 ‘You shall do no wrong in judgment, in measurement of weight, or capacity. 36 You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin; I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from the land of Egypt. 37 You shall thus observe all My statutes and all My ordinances and do them; I am the LORD.’”

Proverbs 11:1 A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, But a just weight is His delight.

Proverbs 16:11 Honest scales and balances are from the LORD; all the weights in the bag are of his making.

Proverbs 20:10 Differing weights and differing measures--the LORD detests them both.

Proverbs 20:23 The LORD detests differing weights, and dishonest scales do not please him.

Hosea 12:7 The merchant uses dishonest scales; he loves to defraud.

Ezekiel 45:10 “You shall have just balances, a just ephah and a just bath. 11 The ephah and the bath shall be [l]the same quantity, so that the bath will contain a tenth of a homer and the ephah a tenth of a homer;
