I’m not sure if they still have it, bu there used to be a great antique sale, once a month at the Meadows Race Track. I bougt some really random (but interesting) things there.
If the social contract between the people of the country has no further force and effect, and if the legal basis upon which our government governs is no longer recognized, then that means that I, too, am free to act outside of the previously recognized legal framework.
I will not follow the rules when no one else follows the rules. If you do not recognize the Constitution and the limited government that it establishes, then if people of my belief system g
et in power, would you expect me to act any differently than you do?
Beware to those who would disavow the social contract, for it works both ways.
And my people are armed. Are yours?
Now that is just hilarious! I can think of a few Democrat congresscritters who could benefit from such treatment . . .
And another thing. Why is contraception the only thing called “preventive healthcare”?
Why not seat belts, bike helmets and reflectors, safety goggles ect ect covered by my healthcare provider?
the tobacco enema device was the symbol of the Democratic Party ‘til the Donkey learned to roll Bull Durham
Teleprompter? Really? missed that; will watch replay. He needs an organization...and fast...and an inspired speechwriter. Good as he is on the stump, he can’t be a one-man-band anymore.
It moved from the racetrack to Consol Field ball park (formerly Falconi field).
We go there every month when it’s held.
Oh my! Lolz!!!
Wonder how many FReepers are cutting and pasting your “awesome” post for future Obama Blowing Smoke up Your Butt postings???

It’s where I’ve gotten some borders for my neices and nephews and they have wallpaper too that is vintage. It’s one of the several places I visit and drool. It’s pricey but worth it.
Yes, we’re doing the black and white tile, and we’re also “chroming” out the cabinet handles, stove handles, Fridge, etc.
My goal is to eventually do several rooms in my house as one decade from the ‘20’s through the ‘50’s.
Now cucumber sounds entirely palatable. But I think I’d rather eat it cut up straight out of the fridge with a little salt.
And - contraception often causes health problems later in life, so how accurate is the “preventative” adjective, anyway? Especially when using “healthcare” as the noun.
If the president can require people to pay for contraception, can the next president require every adult to purchase a handgun and 100 rounds of ammunition?
I don’t see the difference.
They could be packaged together.

I love 20’s and 30s art deco but have settled on what I really love.... Cabin in the woods.. cast iron stove, Navajo rugs, lots of wood, smoking allowed, dog in the house, peeing with the door open, guns out in the open..
And here's another a real "collectible"! A classic cartoon from years past, which applies today more than ever! :)
a chilled kosher dill is the only reason a cucumber has a right to live
Look at it as a new tax which will of course be passed down to the consumer.
I hereby coin the ‘contraception revenue enhancement’.
LOL!!!!
