Nobody is talking about making it impossible for people to have access to contraceptives. Anyone who knows how to get to a drugstore has access. What they are demanding is that the taxpayers or people paying for insurance pay the costs for those who want to use contraceptives.

The female graduate student at Catholic University of America who was on the PBS News Hour a few nights ago (described as a "non-practicing Catholic") was angry that she would be expected to pay for her own birth control at the rate of $30 a month. How about making her sex partners pay for the pills or condoms?

In her mind apparently "the pursuit of happiness" means "the pursuit of pleasure" and she has an inalienable right to have someone else pay for it.

>at the rate of $30 a month.

If you can’t afford a condom you can’t afford a child.

Wouldn't that make her a whore? See what Obama wants is to be her pimp. Drugs for votes.

This sort of stuff comes from liberal social worker mush think. If it’s a pill, it has to be about “health.” Bull squat.

Or that in the case of the Catholic churches, that the church chips in, either directly or indirectly. Uh-uh. No way. I am not a Catholic and have never been one, but I say Amen brother about this one.

It would be interesting to find out how much money she spends on 'entertainment'; going out with friends, drinks, etc. If she can't afford to pay for her own birth control, why is she spending money on all that other stuff?
