I lived in that area, that is a democratic operative playing field. The lowest of the low are in that area for dirty politics.

If Gingrich did not qualify to be on the Virginia ballot, why are the looking into fraud??? He filed too late. They just want to try to destroy Newt.

Yep, Newt just will not go away for their guy.
Mittens friends in the Virginia judiciary are using their power to do whatever they can do to Newt especially after he lambaste them in his CPac speech yesterday. They hate him. It's like a vampire needs blood as to ruling powers need power-I knew when he said in DC that he would investigate the Treasury, things would happen.

They are not investigating NEWT. He turned the person in that he had hired to collect signature. Investigating may include who gave the name to Newt, provided his reference. If he falsely presented himself. He falsified or made up signatures which is voter fraud in the least.
BUT they hopefully will also check emails, bank accounts, recent purchases or gift to see if the offender had been purchased by another candidate or someone invested in another candidate.
If there is any proof of that Wow ...results could get very interesting.

Glad Gingrich was willing to start this investigation about signature fraud.
Hopefully the authorities will find out who is behind it.
