You also have the two May 1998 phone conversations between Sandusky and the mother of Victim #6 (as he's referred to in the Grand Jury Presentment). Those conversations were eavesdropped upon by a member of the University Park police and a member of the Penn State police (I assume they were recorded, but I don't know).
Sandusky admitted showering with and bear-hugging V6, then holding him up and shampooing his hair. Sandusky stated that he had showered with boys (plural) before and would not promise the mother that you would stop showering with boys.
It was only in a later session with a representative of child protective services that Sandusky agreed to stop showering with boys.
During the investigation of V6, Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar's investigators also found a boy referred to as "BK" with whom Sandusky had showered (BK served in the military, was out of the country, and was not subject to subpoena to appear before the grand jury).
Gricar elected not to prosecute Sandusky because there was no evidence Sandusky's genitals touched V6 or that Sandusky touched V6's genitals. Gricar would have to prove that Sandusky showered with V6 for Sandusky's sexual pleasure for it to be crime under Pennsylvania law. At the time, Sandusky had been the defensive coordinator of Penn State for 22 years and a coach for 31 years (and was still an active coach). Imagine trying to get a conviction for showering, based on what we've seen out of Happy Valley since November 4, 2011.
So thanks for the link to the Sandusky interview . . . and Sandusky has admitted showering with boys, plural, on earlier occasions.
Maybe he is shooting for a insanity defense. He could try but He is going to be doing hard time for a long time.
He should plead guilty and throw himself on the mercy of the court.

So, the dozen little boys are homophobes right. I know Sandusky has his supporters but I never expected such to emerge here. OJ was innocent too and received his fair trial. Justice, phew!! The judicial system is as corrupt as half the politicians in DC. Look at the 9th district circuit court.
There were no witnesses involved in the oxbow incident. Sandusky has a dozen men who were raped by this pervert. Make no mistake, as young boy victims always mention, the male homosexuals convince them of the threats to normal life if ever anyone is told. You have no idea what it is like to have to live with such scarring for the rest of your life after being molested by a homo. Molestation of a boy by a female pales in comparison.
