The same bill passed in the Senate last year but failed in the House.

If every driver in the US had to pay $100 a year just because, then that could raise more than $21 billion annually.

Oh wait, how much do drivers licenses cost these days?

Lets not keep giving them ideas.

But there are Federal and local taxes on their utility bill and I’m sure that went up. In fact, I’d like to know how much their bill went up.

In the Keystone State most road maintenance is funded through liquid fuels taxes. Makes perfect sense to me.

Rats tax. That's all.

They don't eat if they aren't stealing it from someone's pocket. What they know isn't worth anything on the open market so...they gotta get into government and tax.

What's truly hilarious is that they don't understand the hypocrisy. Here in California they fine us if we use too much water...but then when people start conserving, they raise the rates.

Why? Because they aren't selling as much, so ya unnerstan, we gotta raise your rates.

Rats tax. That's all.
