The Washington state Senate has passed a bill to charge electric car owners a $100 annual fee to compensate for the lack of gas taxes they pay. Sen. The Washington state Senate has passed a bill to charge electric coal powered car owners a $100 annual fee to compensate for the lack of gas taxes they pay
If every driver in the US had to pay $100 a year just because, then that could raise more than $21 billion annually.

Why? Because they aren't selling as much, so ya unnerstan, we gotta raise your rates.
Rats tax. That's all.
Me too, bwahahahahahahahahahaha.
