I wonder if a New York Jury would convict him? Do they even know that the have the right and obligation to nullify the law if they believe that an injustice is being done?

I’m wanting to drive up to Maine to hunt black bear with my .500 magnum next year. Problem is, I have to drive through New York to get there and then back with a dead bear in the back of my truck. Anybody know if New York troopers are respecting FOPA?
