I used to have dozens of guns and thousands of rounds of ammo, but then came the great disaster, known as the canoe sink. All were lost.
I once owned a few acres in the woods and had a small cabin, concrete block walls cover with logs, an internal well, and well stocked, but it burned down and the deed was lost.
I had various bags of real gold coins, but they fell off the back of my truck and are gone forever.
I once was very well prepared for the future, but now I just sit and moan about all of my bad luck, woe is me, poe' ole joe.
I am smart enuff not to go on TV and tell them my views about the future, I'd be called a crazy ole man, and they might find where the canoe sank.
I’m sorry for your loss....Joe
I dropped my guns and ammo on Mt St. Helens in the late 70s when a bear chased me off the mountain. Then the volcano exploded and I think my stuff might have added to the blast.
I know where yer canoe sank, and yer lyin’-—’cause they warn’t no gold down there.
