For the second straight year, President Obama is seeking to decrease funding to joint U.S.-Israel missile defense programs.
Tucked within Obama’s 2013 budget proposal is a request to reduce the amount of money Israel receives for its critical missile defense systems by $6.3 million relative to the 2012 budget proposal. Among these defense systems are Arrow and David’s Sling, both of which are jointly operated with the U.S.
Publicly, the president has referred to himself as a stalwart champion of the U.S.-Israel military alliance. But administration efforts to reduce the amount of missile defense aid that Israel receives appear to be a growing trend in the president’s budget proposals.

Heard today Obama has $800 million set aside for the scArab Spring. His heart is in Egypt( bondage). God will protect Israel even if they had just sticks and stones. Closer to Ezekial 38-39? I will always pray for Israel, support when I can and would if younger fight with them. It’s tragic to be watching ally after ally falling away from us but losing Israel will curse America for good.

Six point three million dollars out of $202 million in annual missile defense aid, THREE percent, and people are getting bent out of shape?
Iron Dome works now, and is deployed, so we don't need to fund further development, not that they couldn't afford it themselves in the first place. The Arrow III is well on the way to deployment as well.
Six point three million? Maybe they can fire a dozen unionized garbage men and come up with the money that way.
