On his Monday show, radio talk show host Mark Levin, author of “Ameritopia: The Unmaking of America,” said “what would happen if we were living in a functioning constitutional republic is articles of impeachment would be drawn up against the secretary of [Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius]” over a slew of charges, most recently the contraception mandate for Catholic institutions.
“I’m not trying to be controversial,” Levin clarified. “I’m telling you how it would work if it were [a functioning constitutional republic] . For violating her oath to uphold the Constitution, for violating her fidelity to the rule of law, for seizing power she simply does not have. But that’s not going to happen because the system is broken. Even the most modest things that could be done are not being done.”
Levin added that the Republican-controlled House of Representatives should, one way or another, go after the Obama administration, and the tools to do so were envisioned by the framers of the U.S. Constitution.

Which is quite obviously a ridiculous notion.
We need an EASIER SYSTEM ~ when someone thinks of it let everybody else know quick.
I believe Obama swore an oath to uphold the Constitution as well ..... HE should be facing articles of impeachment. I believe Obama was making the latest announcement with Sebelius standing by his side. As for Sebelius, she has no intention of going anywhere .... even if impeachment proceedings were started. Obama & his thugs have not yet been told “no” to what they are trying to do in any meaningful way. Unless the ‘spineless’ in Congress STOP Obama, this trampling of the Constitution & the deconstruction of America will continue .... until Obama is kicked out of office in November, or until the country is totally destroyed after 4 more years.
Us folks here in Cincinnati are just downright tickled pink with our hometown gal Kathy. Especially the nuns who run her alma mater, Ursuline Academy. (sarc off)

People keep asking me, if what the Admin is doing is not Constitutional, how to they keep getting away with it? Simple. None on our side are holding them accountable when they should be!
