I believe there is a strong possibility that the “Agent” was indeed an SEIU union thug intent on intimidating parents who, by packing their child’s lunches, reduce the need for more dues paying SEIU union kitchen staff.

It seems to me that this is what should happen:
The mother of the child who was assaulted by an unknown unidentifiable person should sue the school district for not providing adequate security for her child...

As I posted earlier.....Michelle has now assumed the reins of substantial power of her own in her "healthy eating" crusade. She's obviously enjoying the thrill of this control. (Remember, the school involved is worried about losing "points" for federal funds reimbursement if its lunch nutritional program isn't up to Michelle's snuff.

It appears the First Looty now has at her disposal a substantial number of bureaucratic minions and flying monkeys to carry forward her diktats across the fruited plain....thanks to the backing of her husband.

I hope this answers your question. The FDA is merely (and happily) taking its marching orders from this power-hungry Fasc%#@ist couple.

Oh, oh....another mother from the same school has now come forward stating the same thing happened to her daughter.

The school is slipping and sliding around this incident, also.

I suspect that the school receives money from the state for each school lunch provided. Every bag lunch, is money lost.

I suspect you are right! You know, I don't need a job, but I would offer to work for free if the govt were hiring someone to look into waste, skimming and fraud in govt-funded program like that. But I don't think they WANT to look into it.
