They can make their points better in cooler weather.
I expect the Indian government is congratulating itself on having made the right decision.
Can you imagine living in a country that is so bad, that women travel to India to be prostitutes? Poverty-stricken India of all places? Ukraine is a third world hell hole, that just happens to be in Europe.
Topless in a Ukrainian winter? Yikes!

Those girls need a cheeseburger or two. I’ve got bigger boobs than some of them!
It hasn’t happened yet but then again the Germans of 1933 did not believe that this type of action or speech against their Fuehrer would land them in jail either; it did.
