John McCain Concerned About "Negative" Tone in GOP Race

Arizona Senator John McCain, the man who lost to Barack Obama after trying to pull the "my friends" card on both his opponent and the media, is expressing concern about the negative tone of the GOP primary race.

Former Republican presidential nominee Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) said Sunday he’s worried the negative tone in the GOP campaigns could help President Obama win a second term in the White House.

“I think there's reason to be concerned about it,” said McCain on ABC’s This Week.

"I've been in very tough campaigns. I don't think I've seen one that was as personal and as characterized by so many attacks as these are.”

Reality check: McCain wasn't tough against Obama, hence the reason he lost. Romney would be smart not to take McCain's advice on this issue.

STFU Old man- and people of FR, please excuse my language.

McCain- I personally believe you INTENTIONALLY threw the election. I mean, what candidate would dare to offer the OTHER candidate to the American public DURING THE CAMPAIGN, saying, THE OTHER GUY WILL MAKE A GREAT PRESIDENT.

And then to foist your saggy mammaried daughter, with her inept language skills, on us??!!

Work on your marriage and leave this to serious adult Americans.

There is a reason your wife was pictured kissing someone else. And I believe we have ringside seats.

This says it all:

McCain said. “I admire Senator Obama and his accomplishments... he is a decent person, and a person that you do not have to be scared as President of the United States.”

McCain needs to go.

I suggest that he lead the charge into Syria since he’s so hopped up to intervene.

Darn it that AZ sheriff caught multitasking was not on his radar. I heard NONE of his concerns with 17 + million that was spent in Florida recently to LIE about Newt.
