It’s not ‘stimulus’! Haven’t we established that now, after three years of this nonsense?
I’m no longer even convinced this is to stimulate votes, at least not directly. Flyover country is very cool towards Obama. This is just another way of steering tax monies into Obama’s campaign war chest, where he will then go and spend on propaganda in places where he expects to have a chance of getting votes (i.e. inner cities).
