And I do m’own taxes! What a clown this guy is. A RINO preacher in a sweater vest who probably could not run a middle school in Scranton leading the polls to be our nominee. Scary.

Wouldn’t you just like to look Rick in the eye and ask him,”What’s it Like In There?!!” Rick we are not mind readers and we cannot Divine what it is , specifically, that you Plan to do to address the problems of this country!! The only things he can occasionally say that make any sense are lines that he stole from Newt. Hence, his inability to actually discuss anything in depth.

So you actually think Santorum would poll 10% less than McLame after 4 disastrous years of Baraq?

Really?

As soon as Rick got his hat handed to him by an almost 18% loss, he immediately went to work as a lobbyist and made millions. He is out rubbing elbows and trying to appeal to working class, blue collar people, but was raised upper middle class, by medical professional parents. He is pulling the same schtick as Plugs Biden.

The full quote of his statement has no meaningful substance to it, other than pandering a false impression.

"I’m not as opposed to a manager — the country could use some good management. We need some good ideas, but what we need is a president who can recognize good ideas, not one that HAS the good ideas."

Reagan was a visionary. I want a visionary.

Otherwise you get a President whose staff works overtime to blow sunshine up his azz.

Anyone that would sit down with someone who is that subversive - Nancy Peolsi - to the American ideal is not someone that can be trusted.

WHAT? Sitting on a couch is put in a column of one can't be trusted? Then kick Rick to the curb because he....

campaigned for Mitt and he was the VERY Worst candidate - PRO ABORTION, PRO HOMO Marriage, Socialism Healthcare. An liberal imposter on the R ticket. He's worst that Pelosi as he is deceiving who he is and Rick has carried his torch to deceive others. Now remember - he didn't sit on the couch with him - HE CAMPAIGNED FOR HIM to lead our country while deceiving voters and YOU SUPPORT HIM. Put yourself in the never to be trusted column, take Newt out of it and kick Rick to the curb. Remember, Rick has a record - a very bad one at that! TRUNKS OF BAGGAGE!

That person has no convictions to his core. That's Rick to a tee, speaks with fork tongue. Whatever is good for HIM politically. He's says he's pro life but campaigns loudly for a pro abortion candidate who has forced the catholic hospitals to obey his commands.

Yep, and another thing: Rick could never have a lot of big moments out of office because, well, no body gives a damn what he thinks about anything. Part of Newt’s problem is that folks want his opinion on everything.

It’s the double edged sword of being so well regarded.

Thank you for this comment.

Since when do conservatives think it is wrong to be successful and upwardly mobile? I don’t understand some of the other commentaries here.

Santorum’ Grandpa: a coalminer

Santorum’s Father: clinical psychologist

Rick Santorum: Lawyer, Senator, and Presidential candidate.

Isn’t this what we as conservatives want: to see each generation of our family succeed and do better than the last?

A manager and a visionary leader is EXACTLY what this country needs right now!

On the contrary ...

"A manager and a visionary" is exactly what we have right now, and he's leading us straight to hell.

I'm sick of "visionaries" in politics. They're all full of crap.

Romney is another "manager and visionary". I just LOVE his health-care vision for Massachusetts. NOT.

Part of Newt’s problem is that folks want his opinion on everything.

Good point. Tonight he covered for Rick when the birth control issue came up - Newt jumped on it and it wasn't his deal and that was the end of that question. If Rick answered who knows what he would have said. Newt has done this before and I doubt Rick thanked him - his ego wouldn't allow it. Newt is way too kind, IMO. He talks up the other candidates and has helped some and none of them do the same but speak out against him.

Besides being the best debater BECAUSE of his knowledge, he's a historian BECAUSE of his love of America, he is the most conservative and his record proves it and his kindness towards others (while it drives me nuts at times) shows what's he's made of inside. And, yet, he can be strong and in a few short words cuts someone down to size. He is truly a statesman, a proven fighter for what is right and we/America are fortunate to have him.

Now right now I wish someone would smack that smirk off of mitt's face as he stares at a candidate as they speak. The way he brags about himself makes me barf. And the moderator in mitt's camp is insulting.

We don’t watch these phony dog and pony shows because they are presented primarily so the liberal msm can feel relevant.

My only question is, “Was Willard wearing those tacky washed-out jeans?” He thinks it makes him look like a commoner.

Yes they are, and Santorum is generally a union politician.

Another reason he is not my choice.

Which will kill him in the South.
