This is pure insanity:
Below is a recording of the court transcript. The judge dismissing the case after lecturing the victim for insulting the Islamic prophet Muhammad starts at 28:30, in case you don't have time to listen to the entire 36 minutes.
Update: (Thanks, wtd) Perce, the victim in this case, is being threatened with jail time for posting the audio of his trial. This is pure sharia in America, where the victim is punished and the perpetrators are freed, and where the judge ignore human rights in favor of Islamic superiority.
This is truly frightening, friends.
Partial transcript (from Opposing Views) is below the fold. Also below the fold is video of the actual attack, which the judge refused to allow.
Judge's comments from ruling:
“Having had the benefit of having spent over 2 and a half years in predominantly Muslim countries I think I know a little bit about the faith of Islam. In fact I have a copy of the Koran here and I challenge you sir to show me where it says in the Koran that Mohammad arose and walked among the

I still think we’d be far ahead of the game if we gave a $1 million dollar bonus to any Islamic adherent family that would to return to their nation of origin. And if they wouldn’t agree, I’d give them $250k and send them back anyway.
Oil and water don’t mix. Who knew?
How do you like them apples?
See how they slink in, become our judges, our senators and representatives, slowly, incrementally working their way to the top until it’s too late to do anything. It may already be.

Very serious precedent being set here.

What State/County/City of the U.S. exactly did this occur in?
Well for all the Chris Christie fans out there he appointed a muzzie to the bench in NJ. So expect the same thing.
There is no such thing as moderate Islam, there is only Islam.
All the way to being POtuS.
I could only get the audio portion of the video but from that it sounded as though the victim was taunting and trying to start something. That compromises the First Amendment argument.
That said, the judge is way out of line, seeming to bring Sharia into American law. Very dangerous but widespread among liberals and, of course, Muslims.
Interesting thing in this case; did anyone attack the atheist dressed up as the pope?
Would this judge rule the same if a Christian extremist had attacked the pope costume guy?
We all know the answer.
This happened in a Pennsylvania District Court. I think its in Mechanicsburg Pa. Since this idiot judge just violated his oath to uphold the laws of the state of PA, he needs to be yanked off that bench as quickly as the petitions can be collected.
I just tweeted the abc27 news story link out to all manner of folks. Hopefully, it will catch the eye of someone who will call even more attention to it.

Thank you for Twitter Lord, and for sticky notes too.

This is America, damn it! I can say Mohammed was a child-molesting, sadistic, genocidal pig if I want to. So there.
You would have half the Muslim world trying to get across the border for less money. Besides, the country is about to go bankrupt anyway.
Yes, a much less kind and gentle method would be required to remove the Saracens.
According to the judge's line of reasoning, you should have been OK (accept for the pig part) if you had done so. He slammed the atheist because he had called Mohammad a Zombie, and the judge objected because their koran never showed Mohammad walking around dead.
But had you said, 'child-molesting', you could have said 'check', and leafed to the right page;
'sadistic' - check. You can also find that in the koran.
'genocidal' - check.
'pig' -- he would have gotten you on that one (also you were being a bit unfair to our porcine friends who provide us with wonderful bacon). Just a man. A man subject to satanic influences (also referenced in the koran -- as Salamon Rushdie once pointed out)...
When justice is denied in a kangaroo court, there is only one appropriate solution. I hope the right person is around to ensure justice is carried out regardless of this imbecile judge.
“Very serious precedent being set here.”
Precedent only if in an appeals level court, and then only in that court’s area of jurisdiction. However, of appealed to SCOTUS, and won, then a real precedent would be set.
Dear Lord, give us strength.
How about settling for a good team of lawyers?
I don’t disagree, but if I were serving in the White House, our border would seriously be secure. It would one of my top priorities.
Getting our financial exposure due to illegal immigrants under control would fall right behind.
We playing with this like it was tea time for Lucy in the middle of the afternoon.
No, it’s a national security matter, and deserves to be treated as such.
Our borders MUST be secure.
This has brought up mixed emotions for me. If the guy was protesting what just happened in a US court of Shira by burning a Koran, I would applaud.
But atheists are into a kick of being in your face mean these days and I think they are asking for in your face mean back at them. Atheists are also not respecting the rule of law and constitution in their legal harassment Christians during their holidays. Atheists should be shunned and isolated when they act aggressively offensive this to their neighbors.
We need a zombie atheist, dressed like a judge with a torn constitution, and carrying a lynched Christian, Jew and Muslim, with a bloody fetus hanging out of his mouth next Halloween parade. Everyone can be “free” like the atheists if they want a society like that. :)

Don’t do anything stupid, people. But a grass roots removal effort really needs to be directed at this judge.
