Bill Maher has reportedly become one of the biggest backers of pro-Obama super PAC Priorities USA Action.
The liberal comedian and talk show host on Thursday night presented a $1 million personal check written to Priorities during his comedy special “CrazyStupidPolitics: Live from Silicon Valley” which streamed on Yahoo.com.

Somebody pays Bill Maher? For what? I’ve seen funnier stuff, and better looking people, on the scooter chair ads.

I have never figured out the attraction of Maher. He just comes off as self absorbed and smarmy. Even if he were conservative he would creep me out.

How did this guy go from a libertarian to a socialist?
When I see or hear the name Bill Maher I am immediately reminded of:
“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God...... (Psalm 14:1a and 53:1a)[Must be given twice that we might not miss it]
As is: “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” (Proverbs 14:12 and 16:25)
I would guess Bill Maher celebrates his birthdate on April 1st (although he may have another birth date!
May Bill take heed to:”By mercy and truce iniquity is purged; and by the fear of God men depart from evil.” (Proverbs 16:6)[Now that is what all peoples and nations can profit from]
I think Mark Twain was thinking about Bill Maher when he said this:
“It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.”

Ha! In this day and age, one clearly doesn’t need any talent to make millions of dollars. Just look at the Kardashians, the morally depraved cast of “Jersey Shore”, the stars of MTV’s “Teen Mom”, Bill Maher, etc.

He’s a gun grabber and member of PETA. He never was a libertarian or had any libertarian tendencies to begin with.
My guess is that his libertarian label had two purposes:
1) It put in a position to oppose those in power. Shows seem to do better that do that.
2) It was about pot. The legalize crowd claims to be libertarian, while they don’t understand any libertarian positions beyond opposition to the war on drugs.
Reminds me of MSNBC allowing for Hardball, a Democrat hack show that should have been Leftball, but they obscure that to fool as many as they can into watching it.

Bill Maher’s name is his corporation pretty much. Just wondering about specifics etc .... anything a socialist prick like that poser does deserves scrutiny in depth IMO.
If he could drink it, smoke it, snort it or screw it, MAher was a libertarian. If it didn't fall into those categories, Maher is dim-twit totalitarian socialist.
At least he isn’t running around claiming to be “Politically Incorrect” anymore. I wonder if he ever figured out why most Americans considered that show to be such a joke?
