Who wants to own the San Joaquin Valley? Somebody does. Soros? The ChiComs? 0bama? Pelosi? Putin? The Saudis? Achmadinejad?
Bank on it. And Gov. Moonbeam will no doubt support Obama on this. I realize this causes great hardship for many farmers who also may be Conservatives, but there will be no change in California for ther forseeable future.
I can’t imagine Reid will ever let the Senate vote on this anyway.

What we need is a war that we could lose. Would something as stupid as the protection of the Delta Smelt to the detriment of California agriculture happen in war time? The president would be impeached as a traitor.
Turn the water back on and tell the feds to piss off. If they have a problem with that, force Brown to send out the national guard to stop it.

The liberals have no problem building wind farms when it is proven they kill birds on the endangered species list, or the farm displaces an endangered fox.
