It’s rare in someone that young, but it *can* happen. Example: ruptured brain, abdominal, or thoracic aneurysm. Death can follow within minutes, and there are often no warning signs beforehand.
I’ve known 2 people who have died from heart attacks between 40 and 50. Usually an inherited condition. Tragic.
