The animal in the gray top looks like he is stoned out of whatever is left of his mind. The others don’t look much better.
He was so high at one point, that he fell backwards and the momentum caused him to do a backwards somersault. He was literally out of physical control of himself.
A lot of the folks were merely trying to stand between him and the people he wanted to harm, but even that angered him.
A good portion of these folks could do with a good competent mental health screening.
