“Funny, but I like not having any law enforcement within 200 miles of me more than anything. No state police hiding in the weeds, ha ha.”

Having to pack a meal and carry and extra tank of gas just to visit your neighbors.

Sound Real Nice. Got any land around there for sell.

Actually it doesn't seem quite as remote as you think. 125 Whites, 30 Indians that live in semi separate villages 8 miles apart. We live right in the middle and the Indians ain't bad as people usually think; I get some of them to vote for Repubs too. We are 200 miles to the nearest flashing light, bank, store, state police, down a dirt road open 5-6 months a year if it don't wash out.

People pretty much like their privacy & freedom out this way. Personally, to me it's like going back to the 1940's as I envision them that is. We have dial up but are supposed to get cell coverage in 2014, believe it when I see it. No locked doors, keys outta vehicles, any ordinances or laws over this and that. People deal with problems on their own and it works out better, no joke. When there ain't any cops to call, or that will fly in the 200 miles to settle your problems it as to be that way, so nobody bothers calling the cops on anybody and everybody thinks they personally run the show, everybody else tells them where to put it. We have been here over a dozen years, hard to go to town and feel normal with all the people & congestion. I guess I was born 200 years too late but Eagle on the border with Canada will do.
