State AGs Join To Fight Obama's Reelection
Washington Examiner ^ | March 5, 2012 | Paul Bedard

Choking on dozens of new and costly federal regulations, several Republican state attorneys general on Monday pledged to hit the campaign trail against President Obama, calling his administration the most oppressive ever.

Their fear: A reelected Obama will unleash more regulations governing health care, the environment and labor relations that now has a majority of the states -- 29 -- suing the federal government for overstepping its authority.

“Most people who have to face reelection are usually restrained in their first term because they know they have to face the voters one more time,” said South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson. “I shudder to think, hesitate, scary to think of what would happen if President Obama is reelected in November and would not have to face the voters of this country again. If this is restraint now, I can’t imagine in a second term what would happen.”

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is leading the effort to get his colleagues on the campaign trail to warn against an Obama second term. “It’s important for [voters] to understand what’s at stake in this election,” he said.

At a press conference with eight other attorneys generals, Cuccinelli said that new federal regulations are costing Virginians money and jobs. He added that “this is not about policy, that’s what elections are for.” Instead, he charged that Obama is pushing new mandates on states that are unconstitutional. “We have become the last line of defense against an out-of-control administration,” he said.

While it’s not new that states are complaining about federal rules related to the environment, Obamacare and labor relations, organizing by attorneys generals against the president is unprecedented. Explained Wilson, Obama’s administration is “the worst in the history of the country.”

Bureaucracy, power, control; isn't that the raison d'etre for all that is Communism or something to that effect?

This is merely water under the bridge or to paraphrase (my own) naked except for the (argyle, I think) socks (as in customer number 9) but there's one State Democrat AG that might have stood up to all of this, perhaps, but maybe not.

Instead of campaigning why don't they try doing their job and challenge Obama’s eligibility.

First - He's not a NBC.

Second - he has submitted what is almost certainly a fraudulent birth certificate.

Third - there is litterally piles of evidence Obama, officials in Hawaii and others have completely conspired to hide his true identity.

These people are lawyers and they can't connect the dots with Obamas hidden identity, his obvious ineligibility to serve as president and Obama’s absolute disregard for the constitution. What exactly do they teach in law school?

Why don’t they fight against Obama’s re-election by fighting to keep his name off the ballot? Even a few key states without Barack H. Obama on the ballot could effectively kill his re-election chances.

“...Make zero show you an original bc...”

Along with the laundry list of some 30 other documets that has been listed here on FR in the past. That way, we can better assess his TRUE qualification to hold the office of POTUS.

“suing the federal government for overstepping its authority.”

Rather than campaigning, start arresting federal bureaucrats carrying out illegal dictates. Put them on trial, and when found guilty, throw them in prison.

You need to work with your county sheriff more than likely.
