Eh, I don't have time to grind my own flour from old-fashioned triticum aestivum like grandma used to use. Could I even find the old-fashioned version anywhere?

(The old stuff is the typical "amber waves of grain" we all heard about, rather than the two-foot tall, fat-headed stuff -- the modern version of triticum aestivum -- that is typically used today.)

So I'm simply avoiding the stuff.
