DETROIT (AP) — An Obama administration official has announced a new rule that prohibits owners and operators of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-funded housing from inquiring about an applicant’s sexual orientation or gender identity.
HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan said Friday the rule went into effect this week.

It still amazes me that one of the criteria boxes is
“not of Hispanic origin”. How’s that for PC?
I thought this was already the law. That’s why when I need to advertise for an employee or tenant I do so only in local conservative churches. I don’t have to worry about dealing with the homos that way. It’s always worked, usually within a couple of weeks I have filled the position or leased the property.
